The police in Greece are looking for a Bulgarian man suspected of murder.
An abandoned car with a registration from the city of Farsala, Thessaly region, was found near Thessaloniki, the BNR specified.
The police found that it was registered in the name of an 86-year-old farmer who had been wanted since yesterday.
Random travelers found the farmer's body in an agricultural area near Farsala.
He was brutally killed with multiple body injuries and a blow to the head with a heavy object, investigators said.
In connection with the case, they are looking for a Bulgarian who worked on the farm of the murdered man.
According to witness statements, they suggest that the Bulgarian committed the murder and fled to Thessaloniki in the victim's car.
The police have the personal data of the Bulgarian, who a year ago served a sentence and started working on the murdered man's farm.
