A masked action took place a few days ago in the center of Sofia. Three hooded men broke the window of a used phone store and in about 50 seconds managed to remove about 40 phones from the racks, then fled. The theft was captured by the store's video cameras.
The manager of the refurbished equipment store, Mihail Dimitrov, said in “Hello, Bulgaria“ that there is no information whether the thieves have been caught.
“Stealing a phone is one of the stupidest thefts. The devices are tracked by the telecoms and regardless of when and how they are turned on, this phone is tracked“, he emphasized.
The stolen devices are worth tens of thousands of leva, according to the manager.
