A man tried to kill his wife by entering the oncoming traffic to hit her car. After the impact between the two cars, the 50-year-old got out and started hitting the other car with a hammer, then fired. The case is from Ruse. The victim Sezyan Hasanova told Nova TV that she is extremely worried, lives in fear and tension.
She said that after she left her child in kindergarten and started to go home to the apartment where she lives, she saw the man enter the oncoming traffic with his car at high speed. He hit Sezyan's car, after which it came out of his and began to break her car. The woman backed away, but the man pulled out his gun and started shooting.
The victim said that every morning there are many parents who leave their children in their cars in front of the kindergarten, but fortunately there were none this time.
She was adamant that the shots were aimed at her. The victim added that the man had both a gas and a combat pistol, and later she found out that he had fired with the gas weapon.
Sezyan immediately reported the incident to the police.
The woman also indicated that she was still married to the man in question and “we have not been able to get a divorce for four months”. She assumes that it is a property dispute and added that the man does not want her to receive anything from the sale of a specific apartment.
Sezyan's uncle, Medzhnun Mustafav, explained that the man was placed under house arrest. And he asked why he wasn't detained for at least 72 hours. He said that the woman had received protection from the court, but the man had violated the ban several times.
"This attempted murder is clear. I don't know how much more evidence we need," Mustafov added.
