Endocrinologist Zuhra Pavlova said that fruits and vegetables help to invigorate after a sleepless night. She suggested a way to mitigate the effects of lack of sleep without coffee in her Telegram channel.

The specialist pointed out that fruits and vegetables contain many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, thanks to which they quickly restore energy, especially if the body is weakened by lack of sleep.
