In a conversation with Men's Health, he pointed out the best positions for couples with a significant height difference.
Zayn pointed out the first suitable position in which the woman lies on the edge of the bed and raises her legs onto the shoulders of her partner standing next to her. This position provides deep penetration and is suitable for lovers of all heights.
If the man is taller than his partner, the trainer suggests lifting her up by supporting her by the buttocks. For stability, she should wrap her legs around his hips. To ease the strain on his arms, he advised transferring some of the woman's weight onto the kitchen counter or washing machine.
According to Zayn, if there is a big difference in height, a position called "standing dragon" is also comfortable. To do it, the woman should get on all fours on the edge of the bed, and the man should position himself behind her.
