Real Madrid seem convinced that Bournemouth defender Dean Huysen is the right choice for them in a strategic transfer aimed at the future.

Last summer, Real Madrid decided not to invest a significant amount for Lenny Yoro, who eventually moved to Manchester United. Now Huysen could cost around the same amount - his release clause in his contract with Bournemouth is 50 million pounds (around 60 million euros).
However, the defender is considered to be a better fit for the profile that Madrid are looking for. Huysen is left-footed, which provides better balance in the defensive line - something that Yoro could not offer.
