Bozhidar Kraev played strongly in the success of Western Sydney Wanderers

Bozhidar Kraev had a strong match and played an important role in the victory of Western Sydney Wanderers 2:0 over Western United in a match from the 26th round of the Australian football championship, reports BTA.

Kraev started as a starter and played the entire match for the hosts. He started an attack with which the first goal was scored. In the 45th minute, he stole the ball from the feet of an opposing player, and seconds later, Western Sydney defender Alex Gersbach scored his first goal in the championship for 1:0.

In the 66th minute, Gersbach crossed from a corner to Kraev, who was invading the back post. In an attempt to clear the ball, Western United goalkeeper Matthew Sutton deflected it into his own net with his hand, thus scoring an own goal.
