Barcelona winger Rafinha believes that he does not deserve the recognition as the best player of the match from the 35th round of La Liga against Real Madrid (4:3), BTA reported.
The football player was disappointed by several missed opportunities in this match.
The Catalans won El Clasico in dramatic fashion, and 28-year-old Rafinha scored two goals.
„I would give the award to other football players. I did not play my best game. For me, Pedri is the best player in every match. I played worse than Ferran, Kubarsi and Inigo Martinez. I could have scored more than two goals. I missed three opportunities, although I should not have done so. "I have very high standards for myself and I think much more about the chances I miss than the ones I take," Marca quoted Rafinha as saying.
Barcelona has 82 points and is leading the Spanish league table. Real Madrid is in second place with 75.
