Let the Bulgarian hate and gloat. This was stated by Levski's executive director Daniel Borimirov, after he did not attend the celebrations on the occasion of the 111th anniversary of the "blue" yesterday.
Borimirov was not the only one absent from the Mogilka in the garden of the 22nd high school in the capital. Levski's majority owner Nasko Sirakov was also not there.
The club did not issue an official statement on the subject, after one of the most famous supporters of the "blue" and a member of the "Levski of the Levski" association - Petar Dimitrov, criticized the management for their absence from the event.
"There was no way I could attend, as I had a commitment outside of Sofia. I traveled on Friday. When else have I been absent from an important event related to Levski? The "Levski na Levskarite" association is attacking us because it is not part of the club, and Levski is currently at a very good level," Borimirov told BGNES, Sportal.bg reported.
Regarding the upcoming General Meeting, he explained: "A Reporting General Meeting awaits us. We have already presented some data, now we are about to introduce the shareholders to the rest. Don't expect anything loud," added Levski's executive director.
