This became clear from the program for the second day of the championship on the "sacred grass" in London, as our top tennis player's opponent is Yoshihito Nishioka.
Grigor and the Japanese will take to court number 3 in the third match of his program. It opens at 13:00 with Tommy Paul, who will face Johannes Monday. After them, we will watch a women's clash between Mira Andreeva and Mayar Sherif, which means that Grisho will most likely be playing after 5 p.m.
In his previous three matches with Nishioka Dimitrov has not lost a set, and at the "Masters" in Rome in 2020, he even defeated him 6:1, 6:0 in just 56 minutes. The curious thing is that unfortunately, both the Bulgarian and the Japanese are not in optimal physical condition in 2025, and everyone hopes that neither of them will suffer injuries and withdraw.
