Toma Belev in front of FACTS: If we talk about "Coral", there the interests for over 300 million (VIDEO) - 1

After the provision of the law, which was adopted, to be able to build 500 meters behind the beach, a procedure will start and a building right will be obtained quickly. This, I say again, is extremely bad. There are many approved detailed development plans, many of them illegal, and instead of solving the problem through legislation, things will become an even bigger problem. All this led to new investment pressure in Tsarevo. If we are talking only about “Coral”, then the interests there are over BGN 300 million. In this way, we are encouraging a new violation of the laws, which has been happening since 2007, 2008 and continues until now. This is what he announced to Lili Marinkova in the "FACTS" studio. and the show “Conversation“ ecologist Toma Belev from “Green Movement“.

“And right now the laws are being broken in Tsarevo, because construction is going on there, despite the fact that there is no General Development Plan. It is being built in zone “A“ and zone "B", where the law completely prohibits building without the presence of a General Development Plan, but some development plans with old dates are removed. This problem is very big, it is very difficult, and the properties are in different deals. If there is no effective General Development Plan of Tsarevo, this problem will never be seriously solved. We also need a change in the Territorial Planning Act. And we see that these are actions in recent months and efforts of the DPS in the interest of photovoltaic plants. I think that this is dangerous for the Bulgarian land and forest. We have a veto from the president, and his arguments sound solid because they violate European directives, the Constitution and the citizens' right of access to justice. But I want to draw attention to the fact that the topic was quite little articulated in front of the public”, Toma Belev also said.
