President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed as the head of the Joint Command command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Ukraine) Brigadier General Andrii Hnatov in place of Lieutenant General Yury Sodol, reported Reuters, quoted by BTA.
Zelensky announced the news in his evening video address. This development comes after a series of reports in the media about mistakes made by Sodol in the war with Russia, which has been going on for more than two years now.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian authorities announced that the victims of the double Russian missile attack on the eastern city of Pokrovsk had become five, and the injured were 41 people, including four children.
