A military town and airport were hit in Chernihiv region, said the coordinator of the pro-Russian resistance in Nikolaev Sergey Lebedev, referring to his colleagues, RIA Novosti reported, quoted by Focus.
„On the night of January 16, there was an explosion in Priluki, Chernihiv region. The explosion was aimed at military town No. 3, and the airport is located in the same direction,“ Lebedev said.
Late in the evening, an air raid alert was declared in the Chernihiv region.
According to Lebedev, on the morning of January 15, at least one launcher was destroyed in the area, from which “the Ukrainian military shelled the Bryansk region“.
“In response to the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on civilian objects, Russian troops regularly strike at the locations of personnel, equipment and mercenaries, as well as at the enemy's infrastructure: energy, defense industry, military command and means of communication“, he added.
