This was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the Metropolitan Municipal Council from GERB Georgi Georgiev to NOVA NEWS.
His words come after the scandal with the former chief secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Zhivko Kotsev, and the photos published in the public domain, in which he was photographed with people arrested on charges of smuggling.
