A second attempt to start the case for the death of a 15-year-old boy on the capital's "Gurko" street. will be done today, NOVA reported.
The defendant for the crime is 37-year-old Petar Todorov. He is accused of drunkenly ramming his car and killing 14-year-old Philip on the spot, who was crossing General Gurko Street on a pedestrian crossing. The case is from September last year.
According to experts in the case, Todorov was driving at about 88 kilometers per hour and with 2.1 parts per million of alcohol in his blood. The first administrative hearing was postponed due to the absence of a lawyer.
