„Blue Bulgaria” is an expression of the expectations of right-wing voters for something authentic to emerge. Expectations that there will be a gathering of the dispersed right. This is what he commented in “Offensive with Lyubo Ognyanov” the leader of the list of the coalition for the 23rd district in Sofia and the list in Vidin Vili Lilkov.
„If we look at the last nine months in which the PP-DB and GERB-SDS coalition ruled – first of all the disappointment with this administration. Because just one year ago, right-wing voters gave credit to this coalition with a few basic expectations. However, nothing happened – this is the great disappointment of right-wing voters. And another thing that is very important for a right-wing voter – the admission of DPS into power. For the GERB-SDS coalition – PP-DB The movement has become a leader. They led the political processes in Bulgaria. This led to the disgust of right-wing voters with what happened in recent months, he believes.
According to Lilkov, the political tone, the conversation that took place in the parliament, disappointed and pushed away right-wing politicians. “In the parliament, we saw classified documents, a low level of political conversation and the dominance of the DPS in this situation”, said the leader of the list from “Sinya Bulgaria”.
According to him, the trends for “Blue Bulgaria” are positive. “From a completely unrecognizable political formation, we are constantly raising percentages and that is more important. We are entering the most decisive stage of the campaign, he announced.
Lilkov specified that “Blue Bulgaria” sets as the main condition the creation of a Euro-Atlantic majority in the parliament and a government that will serve a four-year term. “If something distinguishes us from all political formations, it is the right-wing economic program. We will be uncompromising and decisive. Anyone who wants to enter into talks with us about forming a majority in the parliament must agree with our economic theses,”, he is categorical.
„Blue Bulgaria” wants a new right-wing economic policy and a withdrawal of the state from its role as a major investor and trader. “In recent years, the state has failed in almost all its attempts to implement large infrastructure projects”, Lilkov stressed, emphasizing the in-house procedures.
In connection with people's incomes, from “Blue Bulgaria” propose that the minimum wage be determined by the labor market. Regarding the money of adults – a sharp jump in pensions was possible only if the state withdrew from the role of investor and trader, which would free up funds.
Lilkov is adamant that military aid to Ukraine must continue. “If someone walks into your apartment and sits in the kitchen, says “This kitchen is mine, let's figure out how we will live together,”, how will you react,” he asked.
