President Rumen Radev said that he will decide in these days when to hand over the second mandate, but he will be guided by the Constitution.

I expect it to become clear within the next few days whether there will be a majority in the parliament and support for the mandate given to the second largest parliamentary group.

This is what the head of state told BNT after landing after the training flight.

And the reactions of the other parties represented in parliament will be a clear sign of whether there is such support and accordingly I will make my decision. I will comply with the program of the Bulgarian Parliament. These days it will become clear and I will make my decision. I have always been guided by the Constitution, that's how I will do it now," the head of state stressed.

"I was delighted to accept the invitation to fly this wonderful training aircraft. This is something completely different as a new generation in aviation training aircraft", noted Radev after participating in a one-hour flight with the new generation RS-21 training aircraft on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the adoption of the “Pilatus“ aircraft. in the composition of the Bulgarian Air Force.

We remind you that on Monday the PP-DB asked the President Rumen Radev to delay the handing over of the second mandate by three months, so that the necessary laws could be adopted during that time. The motive, according to Nikolay Denkov, is that there is a completely unstable political structure at the moment, and forming a government in this parliament is completely pointless. “This will be an end in itself", Denkov justified himself.
