For the unprecedented attack of 2019, only Kristiyan Boykov remained a defendant, after the charges against the owner of the company "TAD GROUP" - Ivan Todorov and the commercial director - Georgim Yankov were dropped. The charges are for terrorism. Kristiyan Boykov reached an agreement with the court, but was subsequently denied.
The NRA was imposed a record fine of 5 million leva by the Personal Data Protection Commission, but it was later overturned by the Administrative Court in Sofia.
