A 19-year-old man hit a 29-year-old woman and a 3-year-old child in Haskovo, the Ministry of Interior's Regional Office in the city reported.
The incident occurred yesterday evening, shortly after 8:30 p.m. on "Akatsiya" Street.
Due to driving at an inappropriate speed, the man lost control of the animal-drawn vehicle he was driving, as a result of which he hit a 29-year-old woman and a 3-year-old girl from the city who were walking.
The woman and the child were examined in the emergency department of the Haskovo hospital and were released for home treatment, without danger to their lives. The driver was tested for alcohol. The sample was negative. An administrative action has been taken in the case.
A report establishing an administrative violation and a report of findings have been drawn up.
