The Chinese want to dominate large crossovers as well. Here's what they're preparing - 1

The automotive world will soon hold its breath, as Beijing prepares to become the epicenter of technological perfection. The upcoming exhibition in the Chinese capital, where the mobile.bg team will be at the event, promises to be a real celebration for car lovers, and in this case - for those of high-passenger vehicles. Eight impressive crossovers will take to the stage. These models don't just follow trends - they dictate them, setting new standards for luxury, autonomy and engineering thought.

In the spotlight is the updated Li Auto L9, which has already declared its position as a top achievement in the brand's range. With a price reflecting its flagship status, this crossover is a true technological jewel. Engineers have implemented a fully independent suspension with intelligent control of each wheel, which virtually eliminates swaying in corners. The steering rear wheels and electronic braking system promise maneuverability that belies its large dimensions.

No less excitement is caused by the XPeng GX, which relies on “artificial intelligence“ behind the wheel. This crossover has a high level of autonomy, and its electronic brain has the ability to learn and improve, analyzing every kilometer traveled. Following in its footsteps is the Nio ES9, which will debut with innovative electronic control and as many as four electric motors. This configuration provides not only serious power, but also an impressive range of 620 km on a single charge.

Chinese manufacturers never cease to surprise with non-standard extras. For example, the Leapmotor D19 will offer a built-in oxygen generator in the cabin - a function that until recently sounded like science fiction. In addition, the model has vacuum door closing and a solid electric range for its hybrid version. At the same time, the Aito M9 impresses with a latest generation lidar sensor, and BYD Datang promises to shatter the notions of autonomy with an astonishing 950 km on electric power alone.

The European giants will not be left behind either, but are entering the game with local partnerships. At the stands in Beijing we will see the electric AUDI E7X, the fruit of joint work with SAIC, as well as the long-wheelbase BMW iX3. These models will rely entirely on electric drive and 4x4 systems, proving that traditional premium brands are ready to fight for leadership in the new era of mobility. The Beijing exhibition will definitely mark the beginning of a very interesting year for the crossover market.
