The Lexus IS 2026 is already a fact. The premium sedan, a direct competitor to the BMW 3 Series and Mercedes C-Class, has undergone a third modernization. It has a refreshed appearance and a more modern interior.
The car has changes in its appearance, resembling the larger Lexus ES model. The new version of the Lexus IS is distinguished by a wider radiator grille, modified bumpers and a larger rear spoiler. New 19-inch wheels and an expanded color palette are also offered.
The interior of the sedan has more serious changes. The front panel and door cards are completely new. The interior has two 12.3-inch displays, and the traditional analog clock on the center console has been removed.
The engine range has been reduced, with the 5.0-liter V8 no longer available. A 3.5-liter V6 engine with a capacity of 318 horsepower and a hybrid power unit with a capacity of 220 horsepower will be available.
The updated Lexus IS 2026 will be available with rear-wheel or all-wheel drive. In addition, the car has received a new electric power steering and a retuned suspension.
