From May 12, 2025, in the customer service centers of Electrohold, Sofiyska Voda and Toplofikatsiya Sofia in the capital, visitors will be able to find the new, common brochure for household consumers with useful information from the three companies.
In "How to change my electricity, water and heating bill" the specific conditions for each of the companies when opening a new bill or changing the holder of an existing one are specified - procedures, deadlines, necessary documents, payments. The brochure also specifies the ways to contact the respective utility company - telephone, website, email address.
For the convenience of customers, a QR code is also printed in the brochure for each company when scanning which the user can register as a new customer of the respective company quickly, easily and conveniently.
With their new common brochure, Electrohold, Sofiyska Voda and Toplofikatsiya Sofia facilitate all their customers and users, saving them time and effort in searching for the necessary information on the companies' websites, on the telephone lines or with separate visits to the customer centers of each of the companies.
This initiative is part of the efforts of the three companies to improve their customer service and make the processes of providing the services they offer easier and more accessible to everyone.
