On July 2, 2025 /Wednesday/ Electrohold Bulgaria, with the assistance of the Municipality of Mezdra, organizes a reception for household and business customers of Electricity Distribution Networks West and Electrohold Sales. The reception will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the reception hall on the first floor of the Municipality building at 27 “Hristo Botev“ Str. in the city. Mezdra.
Clients of the commercial company and the network operator will be able to submit applications for all services provided by both companies, including updating account data, re-registration or opening a new account, checking an account, rescheduling payments, changing tariffs, checking an electricity meter, requesting an electronic invoice, connecting consumers and producers to the electricity distribution network, remote service, as well as receiving information about the possibilities for building a photovoltaic power plant for their own needs. Customers will also be able to renew or conclude a new energy purchase contract at freely negotiated prices.
The holding of customer receptions in settlements without permanent Electrohold offices is a continuation of the policy of the companies in the group for active interaction with local authorities in the interest of consumers.
