A cold atmospheric front is passing through the entire country - it will be windy. In Oryahovo and Montana, the northwest wind has exceeded 70 km/h, but in all areas with a yellow code, gusts of up to 90 km/h are possible in the coming hours.
Today it will rain. The front will continue to move southeast. It has already passed through Northwestern Bulgaria in the morning, it is currently in Central-Eastern Bulgaria, and by the evening it will reach the Black Sea coast.
In the northeastern and mountainous regions, thunder is also possible. Later in the afternoon, cloudiness in the western parts will begin to decrease. Temperatures will be between 21° and 26°, slightly higher in the extreme southeastern parts and in places in the Upper Thracian Lowland.
The precipitation will end in Eastern Bulgaria, late in the evening at the latest. The wind will maintain its direction from the northwest, but will weaken to moderate. Tomorrow morning it will be cool - minimum temperatures will be between 8° and 13°, along the Black Sea coast up to 15°.
No particular difference is expected in the daytime - they will be from 22° to 27°, in Sofia around 24°. Cloudiness will be variable, but in many areas it will decrease to sunny weather.
In the northeastern regions, including along the Black Sea coast, after noon the wind will again be temporarily strong. There it will be more often sunny tomorrow. Afternoon temperatures will be from 23° to 26°, sea water is around 23°-24°. Sea waves will increase to moderate or around 3 points.
In the mountains it will be mostly sunny, with temporary increases in cloudiness, but without precipitation. It will also be windy, with moderate and strong northwesterly winds.
Sunny weather will prevail until the beginning of next week. In the morning in the eastern regions there will be low layered clouds, and in the valleys with short-term fogs.
On Friday the wind will significantly weaken. In the following days the temperatures will gradually increase and by Monday morning temperatures will be between 13° and 18°, and daytime temperatures mainly from 28° to 33°.
