The change in weather will begin with moderate and strong winds from the east-northeast, in the areas with code yellow with gusts of up to about 80-90 km/h colder air will invade, BNT reported.
The maximum temperatures in most of the country will be significantly lower, compared to yesterday, from 20° to 25°, in Sofia - around 25°, in the southern regions - still from 26° to 30°.
The cloud cover will be scattered, mostly significant, with rain showers in places in Western Bulgaria and in the southeastern regions.
The precipitation will be more intense after noon in the Rila-Rhodope region, where it is possible to thunder, but there will also be precipitation in the massifs of the western half of the country. A light to moderate wind will blow from the east-northeast, in the higher parts - from the west-northwest.
Along the Black Sea coast the wind will be strong and the sea waves will increase, in some areas up to about 4 points.
In the coming days it will remain windy, more so in Eastern Bulgaria, where a strong northeast wind will continue to blow. There will also be precipitation, mainly in the western half of the country and in the southeastern regions, and on Sunday in more places along our Black Sea coast. The drop in temperatures will continue over the weekend, as well as at the beginning of the new week, when maximum temperatures in many regions of the country will be below 20°.
