Almost a month after the flood in Elenite, property owners are considering filing a collective lawsuit against the Municipality of Nessebar and the state, Nova TV reports. The reason is that no one has so far provided them with assistance in clearing the terrain and approaches to the buildings.
A general meeting is being held in one of the complexes today. There are 97 owners from different countries. The apartments have no electricity or water, they are left to chance, and people have collected money to clean up the common areas and have access to the building.
Stanislava Stoyanova said that the disaster is institutional because someone, way back in time, gave permission for construction in a place where it should not be done.
It remains to be seen what decision they will reach.
