Budget 2026 is disguised as one of the most social in recent years. The largest increase in spending in it is for armaments. This was stated to BNT by the municipal councilor in the SOS Vanya Grigorova.
Regarding the failed meetings of the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation, she pointed out that the NCTC does not give permission and does not approve the budget. According to her, the employers and unions express their positions on the financial framework, nothing more.
According to her, however, this is not the problem. The problem is that the budget is submitted at the last minute and there is not enough time for public discussion, Grigorova emphasized.
She also touched on the topic of the election of Rumen Spetsov as special commercial manager of the Lukoil refinery in Burgas. According to her, he was appointed to the post to fulfill a political order. Grigorova expressed doubts that the government chose Spetsov because of his professional qualities. She believes that he was chosen because he is obedient.
According to her, the adopted proposal for the expansion of the blue and green zones in Sofia will not solve the parking problem.
