DSB leader Atanas Atanasov is pessimistic that the war in Ukraine will end soon. In front of bTV, he commented, quoted by news.bg, on the US attempts to end the conflict more quickly.
The Russians cannot be trusted, he is categorical and accused Vladimir Putin of imperial politics. Serbia is a serious asset of Russia, Atanasov emphasized.
According to him, it is important to limit financial flows to Russia so that it does not finance its war. Bulgaria, in his opinion, cannot interfere with the talks between the US and Russia.
He is puzzled by why the amendment to the State Security Service for Lukoil was needed. Atanasov once again expressed his concern about how the repressive apparatus is managed in Bulgaria. This is an internal risk for Bulgaria, he warned. This is how the ruling party gains power against the opposition.
Rumen Spetsov should be an accountant at Lukoil, Atanasov said and joked that the government has appointed a special accountant at Lukoil. The law on the special manager, in his words, is a sign to Russia.
