The Center for Urban Mobility has announced the prices of cards and tickets for public transport in Sofia from January 1.
"From January 1, 2026, payment in public transport will be in euros. The prices - for the benefit of passengers", writes the official page of the Center for Urban Mobility on Facebook.
And the new prices are as follows:
♦ Ticket 30+ from 1.60 lv. becomes 0.80 €
♦ Daily card for all lines from 4 lv. will be 2 €
♦ Monthly card from 50 lv. [➡] 25.50 €
♦ Annual card from 365 leva [➡] 185 €
