"Vazrazhdane" defined the draft budget as "a budget of permanent impoverishment and debt indebtedness". This was said at a briefing by MP Tsoncho Ganev and added:
"We are entering the Greek scenario. Just as they entered the eurozone with false data and a debt crisis, so are we. 20 percent of this budget is in loans. We have new loans of 21 billion leva. The budget is made so that they can temporarily postpone raising taxes due to the fact that there is no economy in the country. They are betting on false data for statistics. They will rely on investments from our European partners. This is one of the most brazen lies in this budget, that someone from Western or Central Europe will come to invest in the country, at least because investors and production in Central and Western Europe are fleeing, leaving".
