The Sofia District Court will hear the measure of detention of Dr. Stanimir Hasardjiev, actor Rosen Belov and former legionnaire Simeon Dryanovski, BNT reported.
This is the court's second attempt to consider the measures of detention of the three. Last week, the hearing was postponed. The reason - one of the defendants had an eye disease that was life-threatening.
At the end of October, the court left the three in custody. They are accused of having forcibly held a 20-year-old young man at gunpoint in Dr. Hasardjiev's apartment. In his report, the young man claims that he was tied up and held against his will. According to the prosecutor's office, he was also forced to use drugs.
