"The "Petrohan" case is a very complex murder, a serious crime, there are many elements to it". This was explained to the Bulgarian National Radio by security expert Tihomir Stoychev:
"Many culprits could be found. Unfortunately, we already have six bodies. So far, it does not appear in the work of the Ministry of Interior that they have learned lessons from all those serious crimes that have occurred over the years. We have nearly 160 unsolved murders in Bulgaria over a long period of time and all of them were called landmark and at one point neither the perpetrators have been revealed, nor is there a reorganization that meets modern conditions.
There must be civilian control over politicians, authorities and services, the security expert commented in an interview for the show "12+3" on the "Horizont" program:
"We must sort out the political structure of the state. No more elections, without holding a National Round Table and without restoring sovereignty. Mafia crime has penetrated the highest levels of power and politics in the country.
