The co-chairman of "Yes, Bulgaria" and a member of parliament from the PP-DB Ivaylo Mirchev came out with a post on social networks, in which he stated that "SANS turned out to be involved in the "Petrohan" case. He commented on the hearing of the services in the National Assembly about the six corpses from the "Petrohan" and "Okolchitsa" cases.

"SANS turned out to be involved in the "Petrohan" case. When asked whether among the six dead there were recruits from SANS, its chief Denyo Denev refused to answer in an open session of parliament, since information about recruited persons is secret. We classified the meeting in order to get an answer. A 15-minute break was given.
During the break, the head of the National Security Agency Denev went to a briefing with GERB MP Hristo Terziyski in front of the offices of the DPS Novo naklacha. After returning to the plenary hall, Denev refused to answer whether the National Security Agency had recruited any of the six men, whether they were under surveillance and what the role of the National Security Agency was in this tragedy.
