For almost 10 years, Ivaylo Kalushev lived in a house in the Botevgrad village of Kraevo, where he also had an address registration until 2016, reports Nova TV. According to various sources, it was there that he lived with Deyan Iliev, who reported the shooting at the "Petrohan" hut on February 2 of this year.
In 2007, Kalushev bought a house in the village of Kraevo and moved in. "He had lived in the village since 2007. He had a registration after he bought a property. The house is the last one in one of the neighborhoods. It is located almost in the forest. It is not small - almost one and a half floors. They spent several years in the village with Deyan. It was the two of them", says the deputy mayor of the village of Kraevo, Krasimira Dimitrova.
The two men maintained rather distant relations with their neighbors. They did not cause problems, but according to others, they led a closed lifestyle. The locals did not notice anything unusual around the house, they did not see any weapons. They did not know what they were doing. “They have had few contacts in the neighborhood. The reviews about them are good. There were no problems while they were there”, Dimitrova pointed out.
However, during the winter months they helped the locals in case of need. ”They cleared the snow. They had ATVs and cleared around them”, claims the deputy mayor.
Shortly before 2015, the two moved out of the property. After 2016, the house was sold and today it has a new owner.
12 days after the tragedy in the "Petrohan" hut; Deyan Iliev's house in the village of Gintsi remains closed and uninhabited. According to the locals, after being questioned by the police at the beginning of last week, he and the woman he lives with - the Mexican Lola, left the property.
