147 pages from the "Petrohan" case have been submitted to the National Assembly, including the testimonies from the interrogations of the closest relatives of the six deceased, including a 15-year-old child and a 22-year-old man.
Two weeks after the tragedy that shook society, the pages from the interrogations of the father of Nikolay Zlatkov - the 22-year-old man found dead in Ivaylo Kalushev's camper near Okolchitsa Peak - have been published for the first time.
The documents submitted to the deputies also include the interrogations of all the families and relatives of the other men in the group.
The prosecutor's office has also submitted to the parliament interrogations of other children related to their acquaintance with Ivaylo Kalushev at various periods of their acquaintance with the "Roke" adventure school.
The documents make it clear that Nikolay's father was constantly interested in his son's life for 12 years. He also went to Mexico to learn more about his child's relationship with Kalushev's group and also how and who paid for Nikolai's diving and spiritual training. bTV confirmed the contents of the documents from two independent sources.
The father's testimony states that the relationship between the two became closer after Nikolai returned to Bulgaria.
According to the parent, after Nikolai and his mother left for Mexico, the father received information about Ivaylo Kalushev's community, which seriously worried him. He left for South America, and when he arrived, he did not receive the exact address of the place where his son lives.
"Nikolai confirmed to me that he was there of his own free will and desire, they promised me to meet the leader of the sect, in my opinion. The day after the meeting in question, in some establishment in the complex, I met Ivaylo Kalushev for the first time. Nikolay was not at the meeting, and Kalushev, in my opinion, was visibly uncomfortable. I was impressed that all the information on the Internet, as well as on his website, is being seriously edited“, commented the young man's father.
In his conversation with Kalushev, the father is interested in his son's education and payment for his lessons.
"To my logical questions about who pays and where the money for this property comes from and who gives him the right to keep minor children, I was unscrupulously and insensitively answered that it was none of my business", says Nikolay's father.
The meetings between the boy and his father, after he returns to Bulgaria, are from time to time for an hour.
"....Whenever we saw each other, he was dressed in a uniform. Everyone else from Niki's entourage was in a uniform similar to his. Observing the other people in Niki's surroundings, I was left with the impression that they live a normal and peaceful life," the man points out.
In 2022, he and Nikolay meet at the hut, and then his father meets Ivaylo Ivanov, who was found dead in the former “Petrohan“ hut.
