A 22-year-old woman and a two-year-old child were injured in a road accident on the main road between Stara Zagora and the village of Rakitnitsa at the junction for the village of Bogomilovo. This was reported to BTA by the press center of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The accident occurred shortly before 17:00. According to initial information, a collision occurred between two passenger cars driven by men aged 50 and 55.
The injured were passengers in one of the cars. They were transported for examination to a hospital in Stara Zagora. The drivers were tested for alcohol use, and the results were negative.
Minutes after this incident, another accident involving three cars was reported on the same road. No one was injured.
On Monday, a woman was injured in an accident in Kazanlak.
