In violation of the law, chairmen of section election commissions in Kardzhali are not allowing authorized representatives of "Progressive Bulgaria" into the sections. This was announced by the party, quoted by novini.bg.
"All representatives of "Progressive Bulgaria" are duly registered with the Regional Election Commission and have received permission to attend and monitor the fairness of the election process. However, since the beginning of election day, access has been denied to them en masse.
A decision by the REC is cited as a motive, which does not exist.
“Progressive Bulgaria" has sent a complaint in accordance with the due process to the REC and believes that any obstruction of the control of the election process defined by law, especially in the so-called risky sections, calls into question the fairness of the vote and the legitimacy of the process", Rumen Radev's party emphasizes.
