The Ministry of Youth and Sports considers it unacceptable that it was not notified by the management of the Bulgarian sports bookmaker for the problem with the Central Computer System, which has been going on for the third day.
Following a signal from citizens, the MMC sent an inquiry to the management of the totalizer about the nature of the problem, and we consider the received response to be very late.
MMC also considers it unacceptable that the Bulgarian sports totalizer did not inform the public in any way about the created problem in the last three days, which is a prerequisite for the collapse of trust in this institution, which is so important for Bulgarian sports.
It was even necessary for Minister Georgi Glushkov to initiate a meeting with Executive Director Georgi Tarlekov in order to be familiar with the problem.
After the meeting, the minister ordered an inspection of the Bulgarian sports bookmaker.
