The Central Electoral Commission announced the elected members of the European Parliament from Bulgaria .
According to the decision, these are Andrey Kovachev, Andrey Novakov, Emil Radev, Eva Maydel and Iliya Lazarov from GERB-SDS, Ilhan Kyuchyuk, Taner Kabilov and Elena Yoncheva from DPS, Nikola Minchev, Radan Kanev and Hristo Petrov from “We continue the change – Democratic Bulgaria”, Petar Volgin, Stanislav Stoyanov and Rada Laikova from “Vazrazhdane”, Christian Vigenin and Tsvetelina Penkova from “BSP for Bulgaria”, as well as Ivaylo Valchev from the list of “There is such a people”.
DPS chairman Jevdet Chakarov, Iskra Mihailova-Koparova from DPS and Rosen Zhelyazkov from GERB-SDS have given up their seats in the European Parliament. Jevdet Chakarov was the leader of the DPS list in the elections for representatives of Bulgaria in the European Parliament, and Iskra Mihailova was third. Rosen Zhelyazkov was the leader of the GERB-SDS Eurolist.
On June 11, the CEC published results of 100% processed sectional protocols from the European Parliament elections produced on June 9.
