For the second time we trust Hristo Ivanov. The reform was prepared by three former ministers – he, Nadezhda Yordanova and Atanas Slavov. Did they make a mistake or everything was prepared very quickly and poorly – I can not say.
SDS leader Rumen Hristov said this to NOVA NEWS.
On the occasion of the EC report, he emphasized: “These are decisions of the respective countries, consistent with their constitutions. If our Constitutional Court has decided so, then it is so.”
„We are heading towards early elections. I am not optimistic about the third term. There will be neither time nor agreement to achieve changes,”, he believes.
„We will be working until August 17. We have a clear agenda. We look at the Euro Act. There are some things that can be accepted in a short period of time, we will address them. The purpose of the National Assembly working until the elections was to have parliamentary control – that remains”, he explained.
Borisov: I hope that in the next National Assembly we will find majorities for the priorities of the people
Hristov is adamant that their decision not to support the third term is still valid. “We will seek support in the next parliament from the pro-European parties.”
„The split is not good for anyone. Regarding PP-DB, "Democratic Bulgaria" is closer to us in terms of experience and understanding, he believes.
According to him, Dimitar Glavchev's office is doing well. “He is a man of experience, moderate, broad-minded, well suited.”
