All relics found during the special operation of the GDBOP this week will be returned to the Holy Synod of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church
We remind you that during a specialized action in the Gabrovo region, held during the week, GDBOP officers prevented an attempt to traffic more than 500 high-value church relics. Among the objects found are relics of saints, a gilded Gospel, two bishop's staffs, icons, liturgical items, church utensils, paintings by famous masters, coins and weapons.
