I submitted a proposal in July to the mayor of Sofia and to the regional mayor for two municipal properties - private municipal property - 68134.4388.2655 with an area of 529 square meters. and 68134.4388.689 with an area of 568 sq.m. both properties are facing Georgi Stoyanov Street, to be allocated for a children's playground, a sports ground and the construction of a fountain.

According to the region "Lyulin" children's playgrounds, sports grounds and water fountains should only be on central streets and places. That's how it comes out. It is a curious fact that these lands were designated for low-rise development by order of 1986. Since 1986 Until now, a lot of water has leaked and I am asking if the municipality will build houses in Filipovtsi, with what money and for what? And maybe someone has looked around in these properties and are preparing for sale? There is no other reason for a mayor to refuse to build a children's or sports playground on empty municipal grounds!
In any case, I will not give up and submit the necessary report to satisfy the citizens' request. But it is desirable that the mayor of the Lyulin district comes out and explains what he plans to do with these two municipal grounds, since he is so opposed to them being used for a children's/sports ground and a fountain!
