A signal to the Prosecutor's Office signed by Lena Borislavova and Yavor Bozhankov was sent for crimes against the person and the Republic from deputies of ITN and Vazrazhdane, reported BGNES.
According to Yavor Bozhankov, “No one can with impunity, through physical struggle, pushing and pulling out cables, stop the adoption of laws and the work of a state body in a legal, European country. These people should be sanctioned by the justice system. Otherwise, the laws, the constitution, the legal order and democracy in general become meaningless, reports the PP.
The state prosecution is underway. This is a test not only for the judicial system, but for society as a whole. We must give a definite answer to this insanity.“ Lena Borislavova justified the filing of the report with the words: “We cannot allow every time someone disagrees with a given law to destroy state property and cancel democracy in the Parliament. This is not normal behavior.“
