A horse caused an accident with a bus carrying children, BTA reported, referring to the police. The incident took place in the village of Konyavo, Kyustendil municipality, at the beginning of this week.
The horse suddenly jumped onto the roadway and hit the vehicle. The children and the bus driver were not injured, the animal also survived. Only material damage was done.
The owner of the horse has been identified and a deed has been drawn up, the police say. Oftentimes, animals left unattended cause accidents in the area, local residents claim.
Last year, a horse jumped onto the road and caused an accident with an ambulance on Sofia road – Kyustendil, at the junction for the villages of Konyavo and Dvorishte.
