Two young men died when a crashed car caught fire near the Plovdiv village of Iganovo.
The incident was reported around 10.30pm last night. According to preliminary data, a car in which five 18- and 19-year-olds were traveling overturned for unknown reasons.
Bystanders came to the rescue and managed to get three of the passengers out, but the car caught fire. Arriving teams of the fire department extinguished the fire, and upon inspection, the bodies of two of the boys were found inside.
The other three are hospitalized with various injuries. Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated on the case.
