From the party "Majesty" accused the CEC of being complicit in the electoral fraud of the early vote on October 27. They listed three main violations of the Election Code, among them - the lack of guaranteed video surveillance in all sections and the refusal to respond to the complaints filed on the election day itself, reported the BNR.
The lawyer Nikolay Pankov also talked about using sections in settlements with less than 300 voters as "depots for paper ballots", which would then be used elsewhere:
"The CEC has filled so-called "paper ballot farms or depots" times more than the law allows him. The Electoral Code entitles up to 10% of the population of a given settlement. We see that this has happened, not times, but hundreds of times more. What made the CEC decide that in an electoral district with 150 people it should send 9,000 ballots, and this thing will be seen when the ballots are opened.
According to the check of "Majesty" the most violations were committed in the Pleven multi-mandate district – in over 94 percent of sections. In 25 MIRs –Sofia, violations were observed in 81% of the sections. There are the fewest errors in the sections abroad – 14% and in the 1st MIR Blagoevgrad – 33%.
The collected information will be sent to the Prosecutor General, to the EC, to the embassies of the USA and the EU and OSCE member states that gave a positive assessment of the elections held.
Krasimira Katincharova made a call:
"However, based on these data that you heard today, we invite the members of the CEC to submit their resignations as a sign of integrity for what they have done to the Bulgarian citizens. They should be held accountable for their actions or inactions".
On November 29th in front of the EP building in Brussels "Majesty" is planning a protest rally against election violations.
