Vice President Iliana Yotova said this during a visit to Sozopol, Nova TV reports. Regarding the election of the new Speaker of the National Assembly, she stated that Natalia Kiselova is a good expert and expects her to return the agenda to the Parliament.
"What happened yesterday with Mrs. Kiselova, I dare to say that my optimism was justified, because we have a president of the National Assembly, this is extremely important, so that not only the procedures for forming a government can begin, but and for the state budget to enter. We have constitutional deadlines and we respect them, but you know that the Constitution, at different periods of this procedure, also suggests whether the parliamentary groups will immediately give their decisions or they themselves will drag it out over time. What depends on our institution, as always will be done. "I don't think we are in a state where the formation of a government should be delayed too much, because we all need this stability," commented the vice president.
