The Council of Ministers will hold a meeting today at 11:00, at which it will discuss a draft Agreement with the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia to settle the technical, financial, legal and organizational issues related to the preparation, construction and operation of the cross-border railway tunnel facility "Deve Bair", BTA reported.
The agenda of the cabinet meeting includes nine items. Among them are a draft decision to give consent to the sale of a separate part of a medical facility - real estate owned by "Specialized Hospitals for Rehabilitation - National Complex" EAD in Sofia, as well as a draft Decision on a proposal to the National Assembly to rename the University "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov” with headquarters in Burgas at Burgas State University “Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov”.
BTA recalls that the acting Minister of Energy Vladimir Malinov announced that the additional financial assistance for households left without electricity will be voted on Monday by the cabinet. The press service of the Council of Ministers announced that the acting cabinet will allocate two million leva to support households left without electricity in the conditions of the complicated winter situation. It is expected that over 20 thousand households will be assisted.
