This is how sociologist Andrey Raichev, founder of the "Gallup" agency, commented on the handing over of the mandate to Rosen Zhelyazkov, in an interview with the Bulgarian National Radio.
"We have three parties in a coalition, but we have a fourth that supports them, there is a fifth with which there is an agreement, this is "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria". One aspect is the justice system, because the National Assembly has adopted a suspension of the election of the Prosecutor General. And these parties will elect a new Supreme Judicial Council and will elect a chief prosecutor. The MRF is on board, yes, not as ministers, but they need regional governors, a battle in places. This battle between the MRF and the state, the government decisively goes to the side of Dogan. And this is visible to the naked eye, Peevski – suffers a heavy defeat".
On the issue of Boyko Borisov, the sociologist pointed out that the GERB leader has three paths: "But he saw another opportunity, restored centrism, he is in the center, maintains relations with "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria" for the justice system, with the two camps of the DPS, and the center always gives advantage to the weaker one".
Raichev also said that politics is always a game, but Boyko Borisov has always had good relations with Peevski, "there is political friendship".
