He believes that NATO should declare a permanent activation of Article 5 for protection from enemy propaganda. "There is no greater immediate evil than it. Moldova and Georgia became its victims," the former foreign minister added.
In his words, the change of power in our country cannot lead to a change in the situation with the kidnapped Bulgarian sailors in the Galaxy Leader.
